Kahkewistahâw Landing is 60 acres of premium urban reserve property next to the John Diefenbaker International Airport off Circle Drive North and minutes from downtown Saskatoon.

Home to 347,000 people, Saskatchewan’s largest city has one of the country’s most diverse economies—agriculture, oil and gas, potash, uranium, forestry, technology, education… it’s all in Saskatoon!

KEMC’s first development phase at Kahkewistahâw Landing involved extensive investment in site planning, infrastructure, and utilities, as well as the construction of three commercial rental units and the second Kahkewistahâw Gas & Convenience location. Four more commercial rental units and a two-level office building will open for business in Spring 2025, just as KEMC launches Phase III, its most ambitious project to date.

Scheduled to open in 2025, Mamawi Business Centre is part of KEMC’s second phase of development at Kahkewistahâw Landing. Developed in response to the region’s demonstrated need for on-reserve office and meeting spaces for small- to medium-sized Indigenous businesses and organizations, the commercial office complex is 20,000 sq ft on two levels, with dedicated office space and the first-of-its-kind Indigenous co-working space.

Located on the second floor, Mamawi Business Centre’s co-working space includes a mix of dedicated and flexible leasing. It will host the first-of-its-kind Indigenous business incubator, with shared reception, kitchen, and lounge areas, and multi-sized offices, meeting spaces, and board rooms.
